Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:30pm MST and Saturday before 11am MST will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed and shipped next business day. Excluding holidays.

DIYELS proudly offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $75. Cart subtotal must be greater than or equal to $75 before taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges are added. All APO, FPO, and DPO addresses will also receive free shipping, regardless of order size – Thank you for your service!
We ship most packages using the United States Postal Service. When your package is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. DIYELS cannot provide updates on your package whereabouts once it has departed our facility. If you received a tracking number via email and have questions or concerns about delivery, please contact the carrier.
USPS First Class Mail®: 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail®: 1-3 business days
FedEx Ground runs Monday – Saturday. However, FedEx Express only runs Monday – Friday. FedEx Express orders will still be fulfilled on the weekends, you will get a shipment confirmation when we print the label, however the truck will not pick-up the order until the following business day. If you order FedEx Overnight or 2-Day on the weekend, it will not get picked-up until Monday (assuming Monday is not a holiday).
If you received a product that is damaged during shipping, you have 7 days from delivery date to contact us. Any damage claims after 7 days will not be honored.
We cannot be held responsible if your package is lost or stolen after delivery is complete. Please make sure you arrange with you delivery drivers a secure place to have your package hidden if you will not be present when the package comes. If your package is delivered to the incorrect address due to user error, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund the order. In the case of the later, we will issue a full refund for the products but not the shipping fee.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product and highly subjective taste, we cannot accept returns on any liquid product. If you believe there is a defect with a liquid you received, please contact us with your concern so it can be investigated. There is one exception on liquid returns, please see “Incorrect Item Received” below.
Customers may return an unopened, unused, and undamaged product (excluding any liquid) for a refund within 14 days of your order. DIYELS will refund the full product price and taxes (if applicable) at our discretion. Customers are responsible for original shipping charges as well as shipping charges to return the product. Customers are responsible for the product until it has reached DIYELS. If the package is damaged during return shipping, a refund will not be granted. DIYELS strongly suggests that you purchase insurance on your return mail.
Incorrect Item Received
If you received an item in error on our part, liquids included, please contact us for a return label within 7 days of receiving it. DIYELS will pay to ship the incorrect product back to our facility. If you received an incorrect product, AND are missing a product ordered, DIYELS will also pay to ship the correct product to you. Returned product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged and we must receive it before the correct product will be shipped to you.
